I be in my room, smoking loud, sitting silent...
This EP has so much emotional impact. Softheart's vocals have always been inspiring to me. My favorite track is 01, "im not the one you love" with guccihighwaters, because it was my introduction to Softheart and emo rap in general. I've used the phrase "well kept and easily broken" several times for myself. I'm a soft heart too.

well kept and easily brokenMight be infatuated, yeah, but the love's all me...
This is one of those albums that I always listen to all the way through when I hit play, no skips necessary. Softheart always does an amazing job with conveying a whole range of emotions through her music. My favorite track is "it gets better (young existential crisis)", but I also love "Keep Your Head Up".

it gets betterI can be fake too, just not how I make do...
Softheart really hits the nail on the head with "ghostboy." with impactful vocals describing a past relationship and how it affects her. Just cuz you love me right now don't mean you'll always be around... I also love track 05, "purple", where Softheart takes on an especially sultry tone to sing about meeting under the moonlight only to be pushed away. Kiss me underneath the starlight, then push me away...

ghostboy. And your face is always somewhere in my head cuz it's beautiful...
This is another album where I never skip any of the songs. It starts strong with "beautiful", has a feature from guccihighwaters on "when it runs up", and has an amazing midpoint with "deadbeat" (my favorite). Lonely, but I like the distance...

BloomI could see her there; she was looking for her heart. She said, if it's not here, it's probably nowhere at all...
What an incredible album. Softheart's vocals always hit that perfect spot between sultry and dead inside, absolutely perfect for the genre. "down and out" with sewerperson and guccihighwaters is definitely my favorite track on this one. I mean, three of my favorite emo rappers all together? It's just too enjoyable NOT to highlight. But I really like the whole album; I like Softheart's harder vocals on a lot of the tracks. Her voice really sounds so perfect.

burnerGhostboy, laid to rest...
I love Softheart's progression into harder vocals, seriously. Her voice is perfect for these hard emo tracks. My favorite track is "big pile of trash", which actually stands out on this EP with soft vocals and an acoustic beat. But I really like how hard she goes on the other tracks too. Overall, a very good listening experience. I will always recommend Softheart.
